Alabama Cops for Kids Funds Request
1. Request for funds must be submitted Sixy days prior to iniation of program.
2. All applications will be reviewed the first week of each month
3. All applications be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis
4. All funds requested are to benefit youth 18 and under
5. Any funds distributed by Cops For Kids may not be used for the following:
a: Administrative costs such as staffing or salaries
b: Funds must be used only for the Program it was requested for.
6. If approved: A statement of expenses must be sent to Cops For Kids,
Attn: Treasurer
7. Recognition and/or Credit must be given to Cops For Kids for any program recieving
funds. If program is a current program: Photos, newspaper write-ups, digital pictures
be included in original request for funds.
8. The amount of funds requested may be adjusted up or down by the Cops For Kids
9. If the program for which the funds were granted is cancelled, for any reason, all monies received must be refunded to Cops For Kids.
